A company is looking for an Instruction Faculty Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish clear performance expectations for assigned Instructors
Manage instructor performance to achieve goals
Develop and lead team- and program-specific training initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Masters Degree and a minimum of 5 years specific experience
Experience leading teams focused on student support and instruction
Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership role in a competency-based learning environment
Strong leadership skills
Experience leading change and improving results
