Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of
Sales and Marketing to join VLD Group. In this remote position, you
will lead our organization's sales and marketing strategiesand
drive growth across the enterprise. This role pays a competitive
compensation of $140,000 or more and flexible working hours to
manage your work-life balance. If you're ready to take your career

Responsibilities:
--- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market
share for the company.
--- Maintain relationships with existing clients and find new
prospects to increase sales.
--- Manage the sales and marketing team to ensure goals are
met.
--- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to determine
marketing and sales objectives.
--- Create effective sales and marketing materials to help market
products and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications:
--- Preferable but not Necessary, 1+ years of successful experience
in a sales and marketing role.
--- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and
problem-solving skills.
--- Professional certifications or licenses in insurance are a
plus, Not Necessary.
--- High level of motivation and resilience to overcome
challenges.
--- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to
work under tight deadlines.
