Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a large-scale telehealth help desk, overseeing a team of
100+ technical help desk agents
Expand staffing of the contact center to accommodate annual surge
in volume
Ensure all projects have clear goals, objectives, and milestones,
and meet service level agreements and performance standards
Required Qualifications:
Masters' degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 6 years relevant experience managing a technical service
desk of a similar scale, scope, and complexity
PMP certification
Public Trust clearance
