A company is looking for a FaaS Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement project plans for new or existing customers
Handle all aspects of customer service for assigned accounts
Resolve customer issues and make adjustments to accounts
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3PL Account Management preferred
Warehouse Operations background preferred
Experience with sales, operations, or customer service
Highly organized and detail-oriented
