Job Description:
A company is looking for an ITSM Manager in the USA, remote
position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of
ITSM Practice frameworks
Collaborate with and support multiple IT teams in the adoption and
effective utilization of ITSM frameworks
Develop and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive
campus-wide adoption of frameworks, policies, and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
5+ years of experience in supporting ITSM processes and knowledge
of ITIL/ITSM best practices
5+ years of experience using ServiceNow or similar platforms and
discovery tools
5+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation
of automated processes for ITSM suites
PMP, COBIT, and knowledge management skills
