Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with assigned customers, actively listen,
establish trust, and gather an understanding of their
organization
Devise strategies for increasing customer retention and execute
plans to ensure high customer satisfaction
Act as a liaison between product management and the customer,
communicating the roadmap and addressing customer needs or
issues
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in account management
Insurance agency experience
Experience working with insurance management systems or the Applied
portfolio of products
A strong aptitude for strategic thinking and tactical execution
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
