Enablement Platform Program Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Enablement Platform Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Leverage expertise in the Highspot sales enablement platform to optimize platform utilization and boost sales productivity
Spearhead the design, execution, and delivery of sales enablement initiatives, programs, and projects
Cultivate a strategic partnership with sales teams, designing and executing strategies that harmonize platform capabilities with sales strategies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5 years of program management experience, preferably in sales enablement
Proficiency in the Highspot or similar sales enablement platform
Proven track record in managing complex programs and projects
Prior sales experience or collaboration with sales teams is advantageous
