• Has ultimate accountability for decisions made by their product team
• Is an expert in product management methodologies; evangelizes and coaches others on best practices
• Mentors and develops more junior product managers to improve their knowledge, skills, and career opportunities
• Works closely with other leaders across the organization to align on vision and strategy for their portfolio
• Leads large-scale, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the product organization
• Collaborates on and communicates product and technical resourcing needs and strategies
• Actively seeks opportunities to introduce and operationalize new tools and processes, or optimize existing ones, to improve the organizationWhat would make us excited about you?
  • 10+ years of previous product management experience, including at least 4 years of digital product management, including deep experience leading large cross-functional stakeholder groups in complex, matrixed organizations
  • 4+ years of previous people management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to build and grow high-performing teams
  • Commercial Insurance Experience

Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $150,236- $217,700. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 18% of eligible pay.
