Job Description:

Prime MSO is currently hiring a Project Manager to lead our expansion into other states. This position will be located in our corporate office in Glendale, California. We are a management company, managing four surgical facilities across Southern California. Our facilities are located in Encino, Torrance, Newport Beach and Foothill Ranch. At the direction of leadership and the Board of Directors, your role will lead the buildout and opening of new center locations for Prime MSO with the expectation of at least two centers per year.Functions:The Project Manager will be the main point of contact for executing this project and keeping the internal team on track. This will include:

  • Determining and defining project scope and objectives in conjunction with leadership
  • Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Tracking project costs in order to meet budget
  • Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan including the hiring of staff, inventory, accreditation readiness and IT implementation -
  • Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvementSkills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
    • 5-8 years of project management and related experience preferred
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to keep leadership updated regularly
    • Success with relationship building with necessary partners
    • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
    • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
