-LinkedIn: - -Job SummaryIt's the responsibility of the Senior
Product Manager to manage the development and execution of new
products and the improvement of existing products.
You should be a problem solver, and the first one who removes
roadblocks for the development team. Your project management skills
should be backed up with a technical background, and the ability to
track short-term and long-term initiatives on an ongoing basis.
If you're a strong communicator, a capable project manager and
you're invested in Agile frameworks, we'd like to meet you.
Duties
- Assist with requirements gathering, mock-ups and writing
functional specifications
- Manage multiple project scopes and timelines
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily
stand-ups
- Facilitate internal communication and effective
collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external and internal
communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and new
requests
- Work on cross-functional team to translate customer needs and
technology directions into product definitions
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of
each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own'
the product and enjoy working on it
