You should be a problem solver, and the first one who removes roadblocks for the development team. Your project management skills should be backed up with a technical background, and the ability to track short-term and long-term initiatives on an ongoing basis.
If you're a strong communicator, a capable project manager and you're invested in Agile frameworks, we'd like to meet you. Duties

  • Assist with requirements gathering, mock-ups and writing functional specifications
  • Manage multiple project scopes and timelines
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for external and internal communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and new requests
  • Work on cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions
  • Help teams implement changes effectively
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
  • Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
