Seeking a Dynamic, Passionate and Skilled Professional to join our valued team and lead our Tax Consulting division. Primary role will be to successfully manage and lead our tax consulting division by Reviewing tax returns in accordance to law and our QA standards. Provide feedback and training to the team. Research complex tax issues. Manage workflow in accordance to our client deliverables. Will manage tax compliance Deliver State and Local tax services including tax return preparation and primary and secondary review, preparation of tax memos, client correspondence and counsel to defend client against state audits, Schedule K-1, Review estimated tax calculations, complete transactional analysis and tax reporting documentation and audit preparation tax research. Manage small team and provide training and development. Perform multi-disciplinary, multi-state reviews that analyse income, sales and use, payroll, taxes and other taxes to provide optimal filing, exemptions, credits and incentives to reduce clients tax burden. Skills Required
CPA. 8+ yrs of tax exp. Exp with business and individual tax returns, Schedule K-1 and tax memos. Excellent client facing communication skills. Growth mindset. Up to date on current tax regulations. Skills Preferred
Corporate Partnership tax experience law firms, professionals, doctors, dentists.
