Job Description:

We are searching for a full time Chief
Medical Officer with at least 5 years of experience as a physician in an
outpatient practice. Experience in a community health center setting is
preferred. The Chief Medical Officer oversees the clinical leadership,
financial performance, and educational training programs of the health center.
Responsibilities include fostering superior quality patient care which meets
professional standards and the requirements of regulating agencies, developing
new care models, standardizing clinical protocols, oversight of all clinical
policies, developing new strategic goals, and program expansion.The Chief Medical Officer works with
the physician supervisors, Dental Director, Health Services Director, Quality
Improvement Manager, and lead Behavioral Health medical provider on
recruitment, mentoring, and retention of high quality, qualified providers.Benefits: Medical,

• Must have a permanent and unrestricted license
  to practice medicine or osteopathy in Arizona.
• Must have current Board Certification in a primary
  care field (Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine preferred) and maintain
  certification.
• Must have current medication dispensing
  license (DEA).
• Two years of experience as a medical director
  or in a senior management role in a community health center is required.
  Experience in supervising staff is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check with a
  Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card within the initial ninety (90) calendar days
  of employment.
