We are actively hiring for an ITSM Awareness and Change Management professional! Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, in achieving our goals.We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence.*Essential Responsibilities* * Supports the development of IT process and service documentation and develops and leads IT Operation communication strategy and standards * Capable of redefining conversation and technical writing into audience appropriate delivery /presentation methods (basic user to executive) * You have deep knowledge and experience in authoring change documentation including: design, develop and delivery through to adoption of change. e.g., case for change, stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication and training strategies etc.. with validated application of change management processes and tools for complex, large scale change initiatives. * Work with cross-functional teams in complex projects, planning & delivering operationally ready products and services. * An outgoing and engaging personality to engage employees to build their ITSM awareness. * Identify affected stakeholder groups, develop detailed impact assessment, and assess change readiness in order to effectively customize and scale change plans * Build and manage change networks of change champions to drive awareness, understanding, commitment and adoption for the change. * Gather feedback and track metrics that measure the effectiveness of change activities in driving awareness, adoption and utilization *What would make us excited about you?**Required Skills/Experience* * Bachelor's degree (in a relevant field such as psychology, organizational development, communications, business administration, information technology etc.) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience * Skilled knowledge of understanding engagement theories and methods, people strategies, and organizational effectiveness and design. * Experience with Prosci ADKAR- Model or similar framework * Substantial insurance business knowledge or shared services/consulting functions * Business IT Consulting experience *Why join us?**Make a difference*.
