We do honorable work, and we live our values: respect, integrity, teamwork, and service.What you'll do:Join a team that defines and drives towards delivering the vision of our consumer- and agent-facing web applications from inception to launch, and throughout the product lifecycle.The Senior Staff Digital Growth Product Manager drives the overall vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery of Direct Sales and Marketing Automation capabilities. As a leader with a vision in Digital and Agent Assisted Sales capabilities you will be responsible for understanding, advocating for, planning and delivering capabilities required to streamline, automate and optimize Sales lead and opportunity management. In addition, you will play a key role in collaborating with Marketing to optimize marketing capabilities, including Next Best Action and other AI/ML driven capabilities, and aligning Sales and Marketing solution delivery within CSAA IG.

  • Acts as the liaison between business and engineering/delivery teams, representing the needs of the business while championing on behalf of the end user
  • Defines the vision and sets the strategy for Digital Growth (Sales & Marketing) products that are typically complex, highly-technical, and require deep stakeholder engagement
  • Develops a roadmap to deliver towards the vision based on the organization's strategy and business priorities, including building business cases to secure funding
  • Prioritizes features/capabilities/epics and works with the Product Owners to refine these into a backlog of comprehensive, well-written, prioritized user stories
  • Is a product SME: Understands business rules/logic associated with the products and ensures they are documented and maintained; actively participating in the appropriate user research activities; defines product KPIs; maintains and reports out on product analytics on an ongoing basis, and regularly seeks out market data to develop points of view and make well-informed product decisionsEducation, Qualifications and what we'd like to see:

    • Demonstrated organization and planning skills applied in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
    • Adept systems thinker that is able to elicit and communicate understanding of the variables that affect business unit performance. Demonstrated experience solving problems, white boarding solutions, working in a competitive landscape, using your creativity to bring ideas to market, delivering within time and budget commitments.
    • Translates broad enterprise strategies into clear, actionable objectives designed to achieve targeted results. Allocates resources in alignment with strategic prioritiesCommunication Skills
      • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others and move toward consensus. Comfortable working independently to influence and collaborate with multiple business colleagues and make key decisions on projects based on business goals and strategy
      • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with strong personal presence, active listening skills, summarization skills, and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities and drive collaboration and alignment.
      • Ability to communicate your ideas and solutions in concise simple language to your team and leadership through all of your written and verbal communications and visualization techniques.Digital Product Management, Business & Technical Experience:
        • Significant experience in Sales and/or Sales Management is required, preferably for a P&C Insurance company
        • Experience with Marketing concepts, techniques and strategies is highly desirable
        • Experience in digital product management of CRM or Sales Automation capabilities, including experience in developing product strategy, roadmaps, and shown success launching new digital products is required
        • Engineering or other technical degree or BA/BS degree in Business, Information Systems, User Experience, Human Factors, Marketing or related degree is required
        • Some experience with Sales and/or Marketing Automation Systems is required. Experience with PegaSystems Solutions specifically (Marketing, Sales Automation, Customer Service and Customer Decision Hub) is a plusCSAA Insurance Group offers many benefits, including:
