Purpose of JobDirects a team that represents business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, refine and communicate business needs, so that business and/or technical delivery teams can build effective solutions. Leads a team that serve as the business requirements experts, engaging and managing the work of subject matter specialists from the business. This position is responsible for prioritizing the execution team`s work so that it aligns with the sponsor's/business executive's strategies. We embrace a robust veteran workforce and encourage veterans and veteran spouses to apply.See what it's like to work for a company where your passion meets our purpose: About the team: This team reports into Enterprise Compliance and is accountable for the design and ongoing maintenance of the technology platforms that enable the businesses with identifying, escalating and resolving complaints in adherence to Policy/Standards and regulatory expectations. This includes ownership and ongoing governance of the data warehouse used to support access to complaint data to internal/external stakeholders to inform identification of business process/product enhancements, compliance and operational issues, emerging risks and drive adequate reporting to Executive Leadership, Board of Directors and Regulators.

  • Directs a team that works on highly complex efforts to include multi-year journeys involving multiple teams, across programs/portfolios.
  • Drives creativity and ingenuity among the team in the application and search for new solutions to resolve highly complex and unique issues.
  • Serves as a thought leader for the team and leads the effective prioritization and delegation of work assignments.
  • Ensures the identification and engagement of business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts across programs is completed effectively.
  • May work with business and Enterprise stakeholders to develop and validate business strategy.
  • Partners with sponsors and key stakeholders to gain an understanding of the needs, measures, and risks & controls for the improvement area.
  • May assist with portfolio, program and project level plans related to schedule, scope and resources.
  • Teaches and emphasizes methodology (Agile, Waterfall) principles and structure while creating an environment and mindset of continuous improvement.Minimum Education:
    • Bachelor's degree required OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Minimum Experience:
      • 8 or more years of experience in business and/or project delivery.
      • 3 or more years of direct team lead or management experience required.
      • Expert knowledge of at least one technical software delivery methodology (i.e., Agile, Waterfall).
      • Expert in Microsoft Office products and applicable databases.
      • Demonstrated expert knowledge of Change Management practices.
      • Expert knowledge and demonstrated use of Process Engineering methodologies*Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level*When you apply for this position, you will be required to answer some initial questions.         • Deep experience in a large financial institution, specifically in consumer banking
        • Demonstrated accomplishments building technology capabilities to support an effective compliance management system.
