Job Summary We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of site safety programs for our engineering projects. This role is essential in helping maintain a safe work environment, coordinating safety training, and assisting the Safety Officer and project teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Expected start date: March 2, 2026 Responsibilities Assist in daily safety walk-throughs and reporting safety observations Coordinate safety trainings and ensure proper documentation Maintain and organize safety logs, checklists, and safety data sheets (SDS) Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations Assist in incident investigations and follow-up procedures Facilitate bilingual communication of safety information and policies Promote a culture of safety and encourage reporting of near-misses Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Safety, Engineering, or related field Minimum 1 year experience in safety coordination or related support role Familiarity with OSHA requirements, PPE protocols, and safety documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Fluent in both English and Mandarin Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, CPR, First Aid) are a plus Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Vision insurance Language: English and Mandarin (Required)
