President of Engineering to lead our multidisciplinary MEP team and
shape the future of mission-critical design. This role isn't about
oversight-it's about ownership. You'll set the technical standard,
develop engineering leaders, and drive delivery with clarity and

technical direction and lead a high-performing MEP team Ensure
design quality that's code-compliant, constructible, and
future-ready Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a
high-accountability culture Partner with PMs and clients to deliver
on time and with precision Drive innovation across workflows,
tools, and sustainable design practices What You Bring 15 years in
MEP engineering; 8 in technical leadership Professional Engineer
(PE) license Strong command of complex systems, design standards,
and tools like Revit A track record of growing teams and delivering
at scale Bonus: commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops
