The Traffic Safety Spotter at a Recycling Plant is responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and heavy equipment within the facilit NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED ! Schedule: Training: 1st week Mon-Fri 5am-1:30pm Monday 7a-5:30, Tues Off, Wed. Off , Thurs. 7a-5:30, Fri. 7a-5:30, Sat. 5a-3:30, Sun Off . Key Responsibilities: Traffic Control: Direct the flow of traffic within the recycling plant Spotting: Assist drivers and operators by providing clear and precise directions to navigate tight spaces, load/unload materials, and maneuver safely. Safety Monitoring: Continuously monitor the work area to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures as necessary. Communication: Use hand signals, two-way radios, and other communication tools to coordinate movements and ensure clear understanding among all parties. Compliance: Ensure all traffic and safety procedures comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Working Conditions: The position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
