Onsite At Raytheon, we are seeking a Senior Principal FPGA Design Engineer to lead the development of FPGA designs for major vendors and device families. In this role, you will be responsible for system-level requirements, architecture development, and delivering quality releases from initial proof of concept through production. You will also be leading technical teams, driving projects, and executing to program schedules on time and budget. A Bachelor of Science in Computer, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, along with 10 years of FPGA design experience, is required. An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for 2 additional years of experience. The ideal candidate will have FPGA design experience in radar processing techniques, image processing techniques, embedded systems design, gigabit serial interfaces, assertion-based verification, and leading technical teams and programs.
