Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Gameplay Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clear, well-tested, and modular gameplay code
Architect gameplay features and systems with best practices in
mind
Lead and manage a team of 2-4 gameplay engineers, mentoring and
developing their talent
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional gameplay programming experience
Experience working in a modern game engine (e.g. Unreal, Unity,
Proprietary)
Demonstrated experience leading other engineers in a professional
setting
Deep knowledge of either C++ or C# programming and best
practices
Flexibility and desire to work on a variety of game systems
