Job Description:
A company is looking for a VMware VDI Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer a VMware server and desktop management environment
Provide Tier III support to other VMware administrators and execute
preventive and corrective maintenance of the VMware environment
Execute projects to upgrade and expand resources within the VMware
environment
Required Qualifications:
11 years' experience administering a server and/or virtual desktop
environment
Extensive VMware Virtualization Experience - install, configure,
and manage VMware environment
Knowledge and working experience of vRealize Operations (vROps) -
use vROps for capacity planning and troubleshooting performance
issues
Experience troubleshooting virtual storage connectivity and
performance issues
MS in computer science, information technology, or equivalent
discipline; or, relevant certifications and additional years'
experience
