What Were Looking For High school diploma required; CDA or degree
in Early Childhood Education preferred 12 years of experience in a
licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred Energetic,
nurturing, and ready to make a difference Strong communication
skills with children, families, and colleagues Able to lift up to
50 lbs. (we all know little ones love to be picked up!) If youre
