Description The School of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the New
College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at Arizona State
University is seeking two active and engaged scholars who will
assist with developing and delivering the curriculum for the online
Master of Science in Psychology (Mandarin Pathway) program. This
program was launched in Fall 2020 with the goal of providing access
to graduate studies in psychology for learners located in China and
other Asian countries. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible,
non-tenure-track position with an appointment at the rank of
Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor, to start in August 2024.
The position allows for the possibility of campus teaching and/or
remote work, subject to annual approval by the New College for
remote work exceptions. This position carries a teaching load of 4
courses per semester. However, the teaching load may be reduced in
the first semester for onboarding and for allowing time to develop
new courses. In addition, course releases are allowed if the
faculty takes on administrative responsibilities related to the
