We’re Looking For – Qualifications and Skills: A high school
diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter
data. Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office,
and other computer systems. Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in
Alabama). Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal
vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and
their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which
frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including
standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25
pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating
mechanical controls, such as a keyboard. Nice to Haves – Preferred
Qualifications and Skills Experience in check cashing, document
verification, and/or money order processing. Prior cash handling,
cash drawer/vault management experience. Bilingual
(English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain
locations. What You’ll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service – Greet and connect with customers to cultivate
lasting relationships that drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Help them gain access to our suite of financial solutions while
setting an unmatched experience. Accurately Process Financial
Transactions – Review, validate, and process customer transactions,
like check cashing, money transfers, and loans/pawns, with accuracy
and integrity. Maximize Customer Success – Educate customers about
their transaction and offer personalized financial services that
fit their lifestyle. Assist in customer account management,
collections, and accepting customer payments. Thrive in the
Community – Participate in in-store and community events and
external marketing. Maintain Your Store – Help maintain appearance
and cleanliness of your location to enhance the customer
experience. Keep It Safe and Compliant – Participate in ongoing
training, uphold Company policies and procedures, and keep up with
office security protocols, including management of a cash drawer,
