Senior Media Buyer and Strategist APPLY NOW Posh Peanut is seeking a Senior Media Buyer who will be responsible for overseeing our Google and Facebook ads. This is a hands-on role, and the ideal candidate is an analytical media buyer who can build, execute, and optimize media buys programmatically within ad buying platforms and oversee agency partners. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong background in large-scale consumer acquisition and media buying analysis. This role will be responsible for scaling a direct-response media program; real-time bidding and programmatic buying. A critical eye for detail and a love for data analysis are a must. Responsibilities:

• Maintain full ownership of our paid media accounts and be able to speak to campaign performance effectively, efficiently, and help formulate ongoing strategies with marketing and management teams.
• Create, edit, optimize campaigns based on complex performance trends, test new content and campaign strategies frequently while reporting on incremental growth and challenges
• Provide regular feedback to in house creative team on what creatives are driving results so that they can produce winning content
• Communicate regularly with company founders on performance, measurement, testing plans, creative opportunities and more
• We prefer an analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset - one who can anticipate bottlenecks and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, gregarious, and hungry
• Willing to work off-peak hours at times to ensure campaigns are executed correctly Education and/or Experience:
  • Experience working with DTC brands is a must
  • Experience working with large, multi-million dollar advertising budgets is a must
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • 6+ years of paid Google and Facebook advertising and campaign management experience
  • Strong knowledge of emerging platforms is a plus
  • Understanding & experience with performance marketing goals & methods - omnichannel strategies, and more
