This position is responsible for producing, posting and managing digital multimedia content to include but not limited to photographs, infographics, blogs, vlogs, videos, and tutorials which be deployed via digital platforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES --- Lead social media communication strategy by developing, executing and maintaining a results-driven social media strategy on all platforms --- Create and execute the company's social media content strategies and will be responsible for placing ads on social media platforms --- Responsible for posting social media content across all social media channels to stimulate traffic that creates new business --- Create and manage timely, relevant and compliant social media calendar --- Curate, create and regularly post relevant articles, graphics, photos and blog posts --- Serve as an administrator for social channels and track analytics to be reported to leadership --- Responsible for managing, responding, and logging reviews received on social channels --- Use social media monitoring expertise to analyze trends, identify potential issues, and successfully engage with potential new clients --- Research and recommend new digital content and platforms from trends --- Create best standard practices for social media community engagement --- Create content to be distributed via all social channels. --- Manage and organize UGC content for distribution via all marketing Channels --- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communication is preferred. High School diploma is required. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: At least 5 years of marketing and/or social media management experience within fashion/apparel industry.
