This position will be tasked with creating and administering all content on all social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. This specialist will also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and be involved in creative design.Responsibilities:Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targetsBuild monthly social media calendars to share with the teamMaintain onsite blogManage, create and publish original, high-quality contentIncluding 30-40 videos per month to run on Instagram Reels and TikTokTraffic all content and copy for deliverables and approvalsAdminister all company social media accounts ensuring up to date contentDraft copy that is informative and appealingCollaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social buzz regarding new product launchesFacilitate brand-follower communication (respond to post, follow brands/accounts that are relevant, and engage in conversation online)Prepare monthly reports on audience demographics, follower counts, engagement, ROIMonitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationsCreate a strong network among industry professionals, influencers, consumersRequirements:Proactive problem-solverExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-starter and team playerAble to work well under pressureHighly self-motivated and well-organizedProven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media ManagerExperience using social media to grow brand awarenessKnowledge of SEO and web traffic metricsAn ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
