As an Office Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for managing both personal and business matters such as updating calendar events, conducting research, running errands, scheduling meetings, etc. While some tasks are ongoing, others will be assigned on an as-needed basis. Discretion and reliability are very important in this position and will be expected. Our ideal candidate is creative, positive, able to work well individually and within a team, able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, on budget, and with no errors. You will work closely with HR and the CEO and contribute to the growth of the company.This position is a gateway to several other career opportunities with our organization and within the business department. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and entrepreneurs exploring a career in content creation, writing, and marketing alike.Your Duties & Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the Following:Interviews/Job Postings:Stay current with job postings across all job sitesEdit and repost jobs, as instructedReview and respond to all job applicants in a timely mannerPrepare all documents and candidates for interviewsInvite selected candidates for interviewsOffice Maintenance:Keep track of office inventory every month and report to HR for purchases.Feed, walk and vet care for dog, when neededMaintain office organization at all times - heavy lifting may be required.Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, packages)Reports:Report all communications via communication tool (Slack)Maintain call log and report all callsReview and update reports as necessary. This includes call log, inventory, daily tasks, job applicant responders, etc.CEO Accountability:Personally assist CEO with requested tasks, projects and errands, including:Run errands as needed, such as food purchases, order pick-ups, etc.Accompany and assist at meetings and eventsTake notes during meetingsAssist with tasks that involve other needs related to separate companies owned by CEODriving her to and from destination, when neededEnsure office hospitality by maintain cleanlinessAny other personal or business errands if/when needed.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The test is sent via email and timed. You will have 30 minutes to send responses back. The purpose of the test is to examine the skills necessary for this position, such as problem solving and creativity.The third and final step is a meeting with the manager and CEO for the purpose of exchanging information to determine if we are the right company for you and if you are the right candidate for us!We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
