Accounts Receivable Highlights This is a contract position with potential for long-term assignment. Schedule: Monday???Friday, 8-hour shifts starting between 7:00???8:00 AM Location: 100% Onsite at 220 Athens Way, Suite 400, Nashville, TN 37228 Cash Poster ??? Accounts Receivable Responsibilities Accurately post payments, adjustments, and reconcile patient accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies with invoices and insurance payments. Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding unpaid or disputed claims. Maintain detailed records of payments and communications. Assist with month-end reporting and special accounting projects. Provide backup support to the broader accounting/revenue cycle team. Cash Poster ??? Accounts Receivable Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor???s degree in Accounting preferred Minimum 1 year of cash posting or accounts receivable experience Experience in revenue cycle or healthcare billing strongly preferred Proficient in 10-key data entry and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams Cash Poster ??? Accounts Receivable Onsite Work Requirements Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday Comfortable working in a professional office environment Ability to sit for extended periods and work with standard office equipment Must maintain regular and predictable attendance If you think this Cash Poster ???
