You are a well-organized individual who is passionate about the financial process. You work well in a collaborative, fast paced environment and want to learn more about all aspects of the business. You have a keen attention to detail, and you are adept at balancing multiple projects at the same time. You are a self-starter, and you see things through to completion - no job is too big or too small. You are an excellent communicator, relationship builder and develop and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external partners. You are passionate about being part of a team and lead by example as a mentor, guide, and supervisor.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-- Prepares a complete financial statement monthly according to dealership guidelines and the manufacturer's format and time frame.-- Interprets and analyzes the financial statement continually.-- Keeps the General Manager and dealer informed about trends and the cash needs of the business.-- Develops and maintains an effective cash management system.-- Prepares short and long-term profit projections for the dealership.-- Maintains weekly asset meetings with department managers to review cash flow opportunities and establish/review store processes.-- Coordinates annual audit (or review) and physical inventory.-- Maintains loss reserves for contingent liabilities and trade receivables.-- Establishes and administers a loss review program-- Automates all possible systems and establishes controls.-- Prepares a daily management report.-- Maintains a professional appearance.-- Other duties as assignedInterested in hearing more?
