The Investment Client Advisor is responsible for servicing
individual AAG clients and in plan, taxable and IRA customers..
Dual Registration working with Taxable, IRA, and 401k, 457, 403b
plans. Perform annual and mid year review for AAG clients.
Enrollment and retention
What you will do
Educate and consult with plan participants on the Advisory Services
available through their plan the methodology behind the services to
assist the participant reach their retirement goals.
Must possess knowledge of the participant's financial portfolio
objectives, asset composition and past historical information.
Must be able to explain and justify past returns in comparison to
economic environment, while acknowledge goal of managed account
services. Identifies, executes and follows up on opportunities to
contract additional client assets while providing client retirement
Make assigned and proactive outbound calls, focusing on defined
objectives set for outbound call campaigns. Goals and results
oriented with high level of accountability to produce positive
results that directly correlate to retention and increasing assets
under management and participant growth for managed accounts.
Adheres to compliance/risk procedures and exhibits detailed
attention to policy and procedures by focusing on the participant's
Will perform aspects of financial planning for customer
Must be general securities registered to open Brokerage IRA's and
Taxable Retail accounts and perform trading in both accounts.
Trading equities, bonds, options, and ETF's (among others) is a
function of this dual registered role.
Must be able to facilitate withdrawals and transfers of assets into
taxable accounts and brokerage IRA's
Responsible for performing financial plans when appropriate for HNW
Must be able to enroll participants in the managed account offering
in the Empower Retail account.
Will respond to inquiries regarding the Empower Retail managed
What you will bring
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience.
FINRA Series 7, Series 65, Series 63 registrations and appropriate
insurance licenses required within corporate-established
FINRA fingerprinting required.
What will set you apart
2 years Financial Industry Experience or recent college graduate
with appropriate business/finance degree
Must be available to work during hours of 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. MST
Must be available to work overtime as needed

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary
range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions
have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales
positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances
a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary
depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered
may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location,
work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill
level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Base Salary Range
$ 52,000.00-68,000.00 Location
