Job Description:
Adecco has an opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant to work
alongside a top producing direct hire recruiter. In this key role,
you will bring your enthusiastic, upbeat personality to recruit/
source exceptional candidates for open positions. You will also
bring your 1-2 years experience and knowledge of internet
recruiting coupled with your insights into direct sourcing.
Seeking someone with a sense of urgency who is self-motivated to
achieve daily productivity goals. Your ability to interface with a
wide range of people at all levels, and have a keen eye and insight
for talent is critical. The right candidate will be: dedicated,
adaptable, and create in their approach to generating candidate
flow for open orders. Prior experience recruiting in the healthcare
industry would be ideal.
This position will offer a base hourly + will have commission
opportunities.
This role will be contract - length of contract TBD based on
productivity.
